In this role you will be responsible for developing marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies and tactics to promote and sell the ""Web experience"" from the viewpoint of the customer. Develops affiliated programs designed to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the ecommerce goals. Manages the implementation of e-commerce marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and manages relationships with key Digital Marketing partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Anticipates emerging customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.
  • Develops Digital Marketing strategy including Paid Search, Display, and Social campaigns, and implements strategy with key partners both internal and external.
  • Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
  • Develops and manages business plans to achieve objectives
  • Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions.
  • Participate in the development of business strategy
  • Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • May lead functional or segment teams or projects.
  • Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  • Motivates and inspires other team members.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years with Digital Marketing experience
    • Ability to identify and engage applicable stakeholders to drive development of eCommerce strategies and plans
    • Gather feedback from applicable internal stakeholders on their business goals and objectives
    • Gather feedback from end users on their needs related to the eCommerce and digital experience
    • Participate in ideation activities to identify and address short- and long-terms needs of the business and target audiences
    • Design strategies and tactics to create digital solutions and drive users to those solutions
    • Develop, manage and/or implement projects plans to execute established strategies
    • Ensure understanding and proper implementation of eCommerce strategies and plans

        Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is -$97,300 to $176,900. The salary -range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is -$97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
