As a Product Advisor I - Treasury Management within PNC's Treasury Management organization. You will be based in a flexible remote location within our Central markets, including Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky. Although it may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in office activities on a regular basis There is limited expectation for regular in person, in office activities. Job Description

Independently provides sales/relationship support for one or multiple products. Responds to inquiries, provides advice on products, service features and pricing. Engages with client to enhance and grow existing business.

Responds to product-specific inquiries from clients and/or internal partners. Conducts product demonstrations, as needed.

Develops and updates proposal and marketing content in coordination with Product Management.

Provides guidance and direction to clients and/or internal partners on product features, functions, usage and pricing to support new and existing business opportunities.

Identifies client-specific requirements and needs to inform product direction.

Qualifications:

* BA/BS in business, finance or a related area

* 1+ yrs of product advisor and or subject matter expert related experience

* Prior exp. within Corp. Finance and/or Treasury Management is a plus

* Knowledge of Treasury Management related products is a plus

* Adaptable, ability to ask questions and listen and respond accordingly

* Ability to train and communicate with Treasury Management sales professionals

* Independent and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills

* Constant love of learning new products and processes and clients, etc.

Competencies Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions.Effective Communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Financial Services Industry - Knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations and trendsetters; ability to provide specific financial knowledge and experience to help organizational development.Knowledge Of Product Line - Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.Managing Multiple Priorities - Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.Sales Proposals and Presentations - Knowledge of sales processes, tools, and techniques; ability to prepare and present formal recommendations for how the organization can meet the customer's needs.Sales Scoping and Qualification - Knowledge of and ability to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities for the organization.Value Selling - Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and differentiating support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs. Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
