Job Description:

Do you enjoy setting strategy, managing, and continually improving digital media campaigns? Experienced in optimizing campaign performance, including lead conversions and sales, using best practices, data, and testing as the guide? If so, the Digital Media Manager role is for you! As part of the Indirect Sales & Marketing team youll be responsible for driving sales and leads for Mercers Career Products business through a multi-channel, digital media go-to-market strategy.

Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in one of the following Mercer offices: Louisville, KY, Nashville, Indianapolis and Cincinnati office:Digital Media Manager

      We will count on you to:
      • Design, implement, manage, and continually optimize a digital media marketing strategy across paid and organic media channels and digital touch points including PPC, social, display, content, and email to drive leads and product sales
      • Identify, implement and continually test creative messaging, landing pages, media placements/partners, and offers to improve conversion rates and return on ad spending.
      • Collaborate with internal product marketing strategists and content SMEs to understand priorities, identify opportunities, and integrate digital media into larger prospect communication and asset development efforts
      • Activate media plans in-market, while collaborating with external agency partners, including target audience profiles, creative asset identification/development, messaging, and lead nurturing/routing
      • Source information and stay informed on competitor activity in the digital media space

        What you need to have:
        • Bachelors degree in Marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience
        • Minimum of 3 years experience in ad agency, online/digital marketing, media management, and/or ecommerce
        • Clear understanding of digital marketing objectives and best practices; analytics and KPIs
        • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
        • Good interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence peers

          What makes you stand out?
          • Experience with direct response tactics for sales and lead generation and knowledge of best practices for applying these in an online environment
          • Experience working on B2B and/or HR audience campaigns
          • Google Analytics and/or Marketo experience
