The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity to join our
ever-growing international business!The Client Service Manager will
be a subject matter expert in International Property & Casualty;
providing guidance and support to Account Teams throughout the
Hylant footprint. This level of service should produce a positive
experience for the clients and result in client retention and
growth while building long term relationships with our clients,
carriers, and international broker partners. We currently operate
in a hybrid work environment with 2 -3 days in office. This
position may be based out of any of our Hylant locations; fully
remote may also be possible for the right candidate.In This Role
You Will Execute On:
- Be a subject matter expert in International Property &
Casualty; provide guidance to Account Teams throughout the Hylant
footprint.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global broker
network partners, clients, and carrier partners on outbound
business relating to international property and casualty.
Manage and provide personalized
support to our International book of business with a focus on
delivering exceptional service and ensuring all client needs are
met.Maintain open communication with account leads and foreign
brokers keeping them informed of any client issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with Account Teams to establish, propose, and
execute the international renewal program for successful, timely
execution.
- Collaborate with Account Teams on the global renewal strategy
and marketing, including the preparation of international
pre-renewal strategy & renewal proposal documentation.
- Execute renewal binders and provide instruction to foreign
partners on global placement.
Internally audit global programs,
coverages, loss runs and pricingDesign International Services
standards and communicating/coordinating them through approved
foreign broker partners.
Research, report out, and maintain a
current understanding of international market trends and
governmental regulations that may impact the client and/or Hylant,
through the utilization of AXCO and other available resources.
Attend meetings with clients or
potential clients when requested and present while demonstrating
high level of expertise.Perform other duties and special projects
as assigned.In This Role You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in
insurance or risk management OR equivalent combination of education
and experience.Minimum of five (5) years related experience,
including a minimum of 1 year of International/Global Property and
Casualty insurance experience.Excellent communication skills -
written, verbal, telephonic, and presenting.Embrace cultural and
working differences when working with foreign brokers, clients and
underwriters.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its more
complex features. Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, solve
problems, and offer solutions.Works well with others in a
fast-paced environment and be responsive to co-workers and
colleagues. Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give
feedback. Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with
various internal and external stakeholders.Adaptability and
flexibility to address issues and client needs.Ability to learn and
adopt and train use of technology systems and software
applications.Excellent at multi-tasking, time management and
flexibility to manage ever changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to identify areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and
analysis and suggest ways of improvement.
