Contribute to something truly great through creating and nurturing our outdoor spaces.Job Summary:Property Care Property Manager manages every facet of the assigned client(s) property care and landscape maintenance including safety, maintaining positive client relationships, planning and scheduling, managing crews, resolving day to day issues in a manner that results in completion of the tasks on time and budget and ensuring the quality standard of the completed work exceeds the OEG quality standard.Duties/Responsibilities:Lead, direct, and coordinate the day to day management and landscape maintenance activities of assigned properties including all aspects of the administration, installation, and maintenance of specialty landscapeResponsible for safety, direction, quality completion, and financial outcome of landscape maintenance and property care activitiesEnsure customer satisfaction by communicating, identifying and exceeding client needsManage costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipmentProvide advice, guidance, leadership, and direction to all company members assigned to teamResponsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual innovation and productivityCommunicating with Plant and Turf health crews to coordinate applicationsCollaborate with sales and administrative teams as necessary regarding schedules, budget changes, material and equipment expenditures, estimating, payroll, employee relations issues, construction, masonry, etc.Run project meetings and oversee maintenance equipmentAble to follow and enforce Company policies and safety proceduresRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Design, preferredProficient in Google Suite and knowledge of BOSS, preferred3-5 years leadership experience with project management of landscape and property careIndiana Applicators License 3A & 3B Pesticide License, preferred but not requiredValid driver's license, requiredExperience working with various landscaping tools and equipment of the tradeStrong oral and communication skillsComprehensive knowledge of Plant and Turf Care, Plant IDStrong management skills and ability to multitask to ensure completion of multiple projects on time.Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredPM20PI202110925
