Looking for strong, experienced Project Manager to take on a great project pipeline that is quickly blooming into many different project types. The Project Manager will be constantly upholding the strong owner relationships formed while keeping projects on time and on budget.Client DetailsMy client provides full-service real estate development and construction management. Their process vertically integrates design, construction, and financing to deliver superior quality projects our clients expect and rely upon.Completing mainly public projects ranging from Fire Stations, Courthouses, Police Departments, and Correctional Facilities, but also have completed a number of industrial, Multifamily, and Corporate Headquarter projects.Although in a few specific markets right now, they are looking to build their team in order to branch out into all other types of commercial projects with the goal of having their footprint in many project types and using strong Business Development skills to do so. Description

• Manage all documentation to ensure project is compliant, remains on schedule and remains within budget while monitoring all costs.
• Obtain, assemble, distribute and fill all as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy and lien releases.
• Schedule projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.
• Build and maintain relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company.ProfileThe successful Project Manager will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time
  • 1+ year Project Manager experience or 3+ years APM experience.
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.Job Offer
