Position Title:Business Change DirectorJob Description:Business
Change Director: Are you a change driver and looking to make an

change agent in support of our transformation to modernize learning
at Elevance Health. This role will be responsible for working with
our internal learning leaders, business partners, and operations
leaders to:
- Plan, develop, and deliver quarterly business partner meetings
for select leaders.
- Aid in the intake and prioritization of learning work efforts
in alignment with quarterly business partner planning.
- Leverage data to tell our learning and development story to key
stakeholders and identify areas for learning intervention and align
to business strategy
- Develop executive level presentations in partnership with
learning leaders.
- Lead the learning governance and stakeholder approach for
select leaders.
- Assist with budget and headcount management across learning
teams to ensure adherence.
- Develop business cases in partnership with learning leaders to
further our learning transformation and provide value to the
business.
- Design, develop, and execute on change management initiatives
related to strategic priorities and communicating learnings
interests to stakeholders.
- Partner with learning leaders and teams to develop strategic
year over year roadmaps for the learning transformation and support
of strategic consumer experience initiatives.
- Develop change management strategies to drive adoption across
digital, desktop, knowledge management, learning strategy, and
learning technology enhancements.
- Aid in the planning and execution of culture activities to
impact associate engagement.
- Act as an execution expert in the portfolio planning and
management of learning strategies.
- May specialize in one area of organization effectiveness
(planning, project portfolio, or culture/change) or be assigned to
directly support a business unit and ensures activities are aligned
with corporate strategy.
- Identify potential issues, project change, and scope data.
Leads efforts to identify best practices.
- Identify impacted parties, business partners, and resources
required.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses. Builds support for business
change throughout the business unit.
- Provide process, project, and change management methodology
coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise-wide
initiatives.
- Lead the project prioritization and scheduling activities for
the business unit.
- Provide expertise to the business areas in culture/change
management activities.
- Provide expertise in process planning and portfolio management
activities.
- Support the execution of the operating plan. Minimum
Qualifications:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years
managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any
combination of education and experience which would provide an
equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and
Experiences:
- Knowledge of planning models and methodology, project
management and change management experience (strategic and
execution) strongly preferred.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred .
- Change Management Certification
- Prior Chief of Staff experience For candidates working in
person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for
this specific position is $107,440 to $203,062.Locations:
California, Colorado; Nevada, Washington State, Jersey City, NJ;
New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NYIn addition
