This role will work closely with the Creative Communications Director and Revenue team to elevate the messaging of Solutran marketing materials and executive updates. They will assist on many larger, strategic initiatives that drive the overall positioning of Solutran programs in the market, as well as lead moderately complex projects like the development of RFPs, client presentations, conference appearances, and sell sheets. This individual is highly collaborative, able to transform complex ideas into easy-to-understand assets, a strong self-starter and has a passion for detail. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience creating new strategies. This person should be comfortable with collaborating and communicating across all levels of the organization to gain alignment and execute on agreed upon objectives. The ideal candidate should have the ability and willingness to work across digital and traditional marketing tactics as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the design and messaging for PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, and other B2B marketing collateral
  • Demonstrate the ability to distill complex ideas into easy-to-digest designs and messages
  • Work in conjunction with marketing counterparts to deliver marketing strategy, manage and execute campaigns and report on KPIs
  • Work collaboratively: develop, manage, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them informed about campaign plans, status, and results
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to manage multiple deliverables against tight timelines, and be comfortable wearing multiple hats on a small, nimble Marketing team
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail
  • Bring a positive, team-oriented, and collaborative attitude
  • Demonstrate experience and comfort with working alongside senior executives
  • Comfort challenging the status quo and bringing new ideas to the table
  • Seek process improvements and help implement better ways of working
  • Complete other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:


    • Bachelors Degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of marketing experience
    • 3+ years of marketing experience, with experience in B2B
    • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Intermediate level of proficiency in basic data manipulation in Microsoft Excel


      Preferred Qualifications:


      • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
      • Knowledge of Workfront and Airtable
      • Healthcare experience

        • Proven solid organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects
        • Excellent communication skills
        • Ability to create strategic, impactful work to drive success in the marketplace
        • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

          California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Washington or Rhode Island Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Washington or New York City residents is $67,800 to $133,100. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
