Job Description:

Leading design firm in Indiana has an opening for a Civil Project Manager in their Indianapolis Office. This is a great opportunity for someone excited to work a hybrid schedule!

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage a successful team
Assist with project scope and conceptual design
Develop project schedules, budgets, and billings
Provide technical expertise to problem solving and finding solutions
Meet/exceed customer expectations and needs
Develop/execute a comprehensive client service plan
Coordinate proposals/contracts Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license
- 5+ years of experience
- LEED AP BD+C preferred
- Proficient in Civil 3D preferred
- Experience with presentation/design, graphics, and communication skills
