ECONOMY model is our core focus.The Segment Account Manager -
Energy manages key customer accounts in the energy segment to
deliver sales targets for the key accounts in alignment with Cirba
Solutions values and sales processes. Develops and implements sales
plans with clear account priority coordinating with commercial
leadership.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSell RECYCLING services and
grow sales revenue at key strategic accounts within the Energy
Segment value chain (Utilities, Stationary Storage and Power
Generation)Own the Cirba Solutions customer interface with assigned
key customer portfolioMaintain and improve market, customer, and
competitor informationAchieve/exceed sales objectives through both
revenue & profit through value added sellingTake a leading role in
developing value propositions with business leaders and supporting
functional groups to demonstrate performance improvements and/or
value creation for customersSuccessfully negotiate, implement, and
secure key/large business opportunities through long-term supply
agreementsForecast accurate sales volume and revenuesBuild and
maintain key customer relationships at various senior management
levelsIdentify and develop new opportunities with segment customer
portfolioTranslate market plans to actionable tasks and tactics
supporting business strategyOptimize Cirba Solutions internal
relationships with business, technical service, S&OP,
manufacturing, CSR and finance to maximize rate of
successCoordinate/Facilitate cross functional collaboration efforts
in support of Cirba strategic initiatives (ESG, recycling, next-gen
materials, etc.) with Customer team membersDevelop and maintain
customer organization chart, stakeholder profiles, and contact
strategiesDevelop and maintain Key Sales Account Plans for the
segmentThis dedicated salesperson will be required to understand
and capture lucrative opportunities within both existing commercial
accounts, targeted key prospects, new emerging players including
some new technology players for energy segment
customers.Responsible for managing the segment globally and manage
the business operation based upon the contractsUnderstand the
energy segment strategy and build value proposition that we can
utilize to grow existing and capture new opportunitiesBuild
knowledge of market including value chain, customers, competitors
and application with energy /recycling landscape Responsible for
commercial analysis, contract management, price negotiation,
forecasting etc.Strategic account documentation and
marketingRequires strong commercial experience managing complex
accounts in Chemical, Energy or Automotive (Car)
industry.Responsible for accounts and inquiries related to energy
(Utilities, Stationary Storage, Power Generation and ancillary
subsegments) for recycling applications based upon business and NBD
strategyAll other duties as assignedQualificationsSeasoned
strategic account management skillsBasic knowledge of chemical
industry and chemical applications; OEM and/or Battery knowledge
preferredStrong negotiation skillsKnowledge of CRM platforms
preferred (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)Ability to develop
relationships and influence across multiple functions of customer
organizationGeneral economic principles and implications on
negotiation strategies (i.e. supply/demand, value/cost in use,
etc.)Minimum 7 years of sales and commercial experienceExperience
managing large, strategic sales accounts7 years of Chemical, Energy
or Automotive Industry experience requiredAbility to travel within
Canada, US and Mexico (typically less than 25% of the
time)Education and Training RequirementsBS degree in technical or
business-related discipline - prefer MBA, MS or PhD10+ years of
experience managing large and complex commercial or customer
interfacing accountsExperience with commercial analysis, contract
management, price negotiation, forecasting etc.Commercial
experience managing complex account in Chemical, Energy and
Automotive (Car) industry
