• Network of Support (health and well-being) The Position: We are looking for a Regional Director of Field Operations to join our team! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities -include the following:
  • Maintains company processes and staffing structure
  • Sets goals and pace for the region
  • Maintains strong relationships with the sales team
  • Leads, engages, and develops employees
  • Acts as a liaison between corporate office and branch offices
  • Hires, trains and mentors current management staff
  • Acts as a resource for service and operations questions

      • Bachelor's Degree required
      • Minimum 5-8 years' management experience preferred
