You'll ensure a healthy, continuous relationship with the client, as you are the face of TTEC, as well as playing an active role in developing your team and motivating them to reach for amazing. The Site Director shall have dotted line accountability to Covered California and to whom all project communication shall be addressed and will have authority to act on all aspects of this Agreement. This person will be responsible for the overall project on behalf of the Contractor and will be Covered California's contact for all invoice issuesYou'll report to the Vice President, Operations. You'll make an impact through your client and team relationships, encouraging and motivating your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals and influence their career mobility.The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is between $79,000.00-$120,000.00 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.During a Typical Day, You'll
--------------- Actively manage communications with clients and business partners to uphold a healthy relationship as well as making sure goals are aligned and needs are being met
--------------- Motivate others by driving client messages to your team, then actively engage and support staff to ensure projects are on track and up to date with the latest information

--------------- Associate degree
--------------- 7 years' experience Managing call center management experience
--------------- 5 years' experience as a primary client interface
