That's what makes us Roche.The Strategic Pricing Manager leads the pricing efforts by working with our Sales organization to structure long term strategic agreements. He/She identifies critical pricing opportunities and strategies for success while mitigating associated risks. The Strategic Pricing Manager proactively consults with the marketing and sales organizations to develop impactful tactics to achieve our strategic objectives. He/She provides expert consultative services to other functions around market trends, competitive pricing and deal structure best practices. The Strategic Pricing Manager role requires an individual to operate with a great deal of latitude and independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. The duties are varied and complex and require the Strategic Pricing Manager to use innovation and ingenuity on a daily basis. The strategic Pricing Manager must demonstrate in depth comprehension of his/her field. He/She may be asked to join the phone and/or face to face customer meetings where he/she must represent Roche with outstanding professionalism.The Strategic Pricing Manager will also be assigned to various projects requiring collaboration with people of all levels across the organization. He/She must be able to prioritize work efficiently and react to changing priorities. He/She is dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.The OpportunityTeamwork and Collaboration -

      • Have aptitude for and enjoy detailed technical data, apply knowledge to improve results in an operational setting and contribute to overall team success
        • Highly skilled at synthesizing and applying business knowledge to solve problems;Who You Are
          • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Finance, Mathematics, Science, Business or related field.
          • 6 years of progressive experience with research methods, analysis, financial and/or business analysis (quantitative and qualitative), pricing, and/or forecasting
          • Advanced understanding of practices and principles of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, and/or statistics, research and analysis
          • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with ability to think strategically
          • Excellent written and oral communication and excellent presentation skillsPreferredMBA or additional work experience. Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use data and data systems to capture and articulate data to key stakeholders and customers;LocationsYou are local to Indianapolis, IN*Relocation benefits are not available for this position.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is between $80,400 and $149,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
