Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Network Operations
Center (NOC).
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the NOC
organization
Oversee career development, coaching, and performance evaluations
for the NOC team
Define and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and
service quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field; equivalent experience considered
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a Network
Operations Center or IT operations environment
Proven track record in leading large-scale teams and driving
operational efficiencies
Deep expertise in network infrastructure and incident
management
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and network monitoring
tools
