The ICM is responsible for conducting a full inquiry on behalf of clients seeking services at Fairbanks, seating clients presenting for assessment, and signing admitting paperwork with clients entering treatment They are the first people to interact with our clients. They represent Fairbanks and how we believe our clients should be treated. For many of our clients, coming into treatment is one of the biggest and hardest decisions that they have made. Our ICM's have many duties, but the most important is to make sure that our clients and families know that they are going to be receiving the best care and treatment that they deserve.Key Deliverables Qualifications:
