No visas. Hospital employed group of two urologists and two PAs seeking 2 additional urologists. Well established practice, satellite locations, firm referral patterns. Prefer surgeons with experience and training using the DaVinci Robot. Excellent compensation at $425, 000 to start plus productivity bonus paid quarterly based on w/RVUs, signing bonus of $50, 000, student loan repayment of $30, 000 and relocation up to $10, 000. Retention bonus of $25, 000 after three years. Opportunity to own mobile laser and lithotripsy unit. Opportunity for ownership shares in successful Ambulatory Surgery Center and other Physician/Hospital Joint Ventures. Hospital is regional referral center located in east central Indiana. Their primary care patient base covers 150, 000 and our secondary market for specialty services reaches 250, 000!
