We practice an accountable care model where we do interdisciplinary Rounding each day on our patients. Patients we serve:Our patient population is a large variety of diagnoses and patients with multiple comorbidities: A large variety of respiratory illnesses, renal failure, diabetes, COVID and many other diagnoses.
Ascension St. Vincent Medical Surgical Innovation unit is located at 2001 W. 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260 is hiring Part-time Day/Night and Full-time Day shift - RN - 7:00AM - 7:30PM and Night shift - 7:00PM - 7:30AM, Sunday - Saturday; Part-time (24 hours) and Full-time (36 Hours) a week; scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Shifts are 12 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will Need:Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:
