outstanding opportunity available for a RN to join our team as an
Associate Administrator in our emergency department at our
Methodist Hospital location
This position will be a night shift role, 36 hours a week.
The Associate Administrator provides leadership, management, and
oversight in the absence of administrative and management staff.
Facilitates patient flow and expedites patient placement.
Consultants on emergency or unusual circumstances and follows up on
problems and/or concerns with the appropriate department and/or
administrative personnel.
* Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) required. Requires current state of
Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
* Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited
nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through
the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required
per unit/department specialty according to patient care
policies.
* Requires completion of Clinical Specialty Professional
Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility
requirements.
* Requires 5-7 years of proven experience.
