• Occupation Medicine Physician, Will consider NP/PA
• Seeking coverage starting Sept 2,6-9
• Monday to Friday; 9a-6p
• Average of 20-40 patients per shift
• Will be the only provider onsite
• Must have a DOT Certification
• Must be able to perform the following:
• Sutures
• Diagnosis ortho injuries
• Experience with removing free flowing eye debris
• Working with workers comp population
• Back, should and knee injuries
• Pre employment physicals
• EMR is OccuFlex
