- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm with call
included

- Residency training in Anesthesiology, required
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology, required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology,
required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified inPediatric Anesthesiology,
required
- Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure
in Indiana, required
- Interested in experienced providers and new graduates
