Purpose of Position/Summary:

Scheduling and technical assistance role with our local health Clients districts 1-5 and coordination with Zotec.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

This person will take over the scheduling and technical assistance role with our local health Clients and coordination with Zotec. Serve as the QA/QC for local health Client operations, Zotec and Our Shot teams.

Job Requirements:

• Use of Zotec system along with all IDOH computer programs
• Contacts new POCs to verify submitted local health Clients portal requests
• Works with Client leadership to schedule local health Client locations
• Acts as a liaison between Client leadership and potential location POCs (points of contact)
• Approves/Denies potential locations based on feedback from Client leadership
• Assigns confirmed locations to the specified district staff.
• Handles all provider portal tickets with outside entity Zotec
• Handles all changes as needed to already registered Zotec sites
• Offers guidance to Local Operations staff to issues as they occur
• Assumes a shift in the on-call rotation for after hour support
• Other responsibilities as assigned Difficulty of Work:
  • This work requires a high level of both written and verbal communication.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to express technical concepts to end users who may have less technical understanding.
  • This position will require a great organizational skill, focus and time management skills. Responsibility:
    • Employee will play a vital role in the successful management and coordination of activities related to the agency's emergency operations response program.
    • Employee will work with external partners to ensure Emergency Preparedness (DEP) managed programs are effective and timely.
    • The employee will work independently with very little supervision to make recommendations and foster wise decisions concerning program planning and administration.
    • Employee will actively participate in the development and maintenance of all DEP related activities. Personal Work Relationships:
      • Employee reports directly to Zotec Supervisor and conveys information/recommendations as appropriate.
      • Employee will be in contact with program staff within the agency and serve as a vital member of the program team.
      • Employee will be a primary contact for designated entities.
        
        Physical Effort:
        
        Employee will be required to lift equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
