Our goal is to help the client with their day-to-day activities and help them remain safe in their home. Our team is currently looking for a dependable, compassionate individual who has the heart and willingness to extend their services to multiple clients in the community. This position may require you to travel around Indianapolis and surrounding counties and will require flexible availability. If you have prior experience as a caregiver, have the physical endurance to work several hours, have great interpersonal skills, and enjoy meeting new people, then we encourage you to apply for this position. • Ensure quality and safe delivery of non-medical home care services to all clients
• Assist with ambulation, transfer, and positioning of clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene care, including but not limited to, bathing, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, feeding, and meal prep.
• Assist with light housekeeping including but not limited to washing dishes, laundry, changing linen and making bed, emptying trash, and mopping.
• Meet client's special needs as it relates to: - home management - home safety & sanitation - infection control in the home
• Ensure client clinical records are documented and received per Comfort Covenant Home Care policy and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIO Requirements:- Basic communication skills- High School Diploma or GED- Current First Aide / CPR Certification- TB Skin test within the last year or Chest X-ray- Valid Driver's License- Proof of Valid Car Insurance (if applicable)- Proof of CNA license (if applicable)- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screenPI215484781
