Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our new office in Indianapolis, IN. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives.Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. An ideal candidate has experience with practicing independently and with nasal intubations, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in the Center, which has a positive, engaging culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral Surgeon.Full time and PRN positions availableReport at 6:30 - First surgery starting at 7am1099- contractorBenefits:Guaranteed daily rate + pay for performanceDaily guarantee (whether you work or not)Predictable ScheduleNo Nights or WeekendsNo on call100% autonomyAll CRNA PracticeGreat work life balance6 weeks of PTO per yearEducation/Experience/Licensure:Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia programValid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.Experience with dental anesthesia is helpfulDutiesAdminister anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based settingCollaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plansEnsure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelinesPerform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risksMaintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse eventsStay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipmentSuccess in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient.
