This role will be responsible for facilitating patient needs and assists with Interdisciplinary provider & physician collaboration. Working with nursing, pharmacy, CNS, and provider team.Objective: What are the outcomes we are looking for? and Where are we going to be putting this IV?Goal: To provide the patient with the safest and best optimal patient access in conjunction with INS standards and hospital policy. To provide the patient with the best vascular access.This position is referral eligible!Nursing skills gained:Ultrasound guided IVsAfter a successful year off orientation you will then learn piccsUnit Successes/Designations/ National Recognition:Within one year, need to set for the VA-BC certification.Unit Culture Highlights:Great culture.
