Job Description:
**Overview:**We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our Medical/Surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to
work in a hospital setting and provide exceptional care to patients
in need.*NIGHTS - 5PM TO 5:30AM - 3X12s***With Differentials, you
have the opportunity to earn up to 35% on top of your base pa
rate!**Duties:** - Perform physical examinations and provide care
for patients in the Medical/Surgical unit - Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and assess
patient conditions, report changes to healthcare providers -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive
patient care - Utilize Cerner or similar electronic health record
systems for documentation - Provide airway management and support
as needed - Assist with dialysis procedures when required - Offer
hospice palliative medicine, memory care, and toddler care services
- Deliver home and community-based care services**Skills:** -
Possess a valid RN license and BLS certification - Prior experience
in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred - Proficiency in physical
assessments and patient monitoring - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction - Ability to
work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment -
Familiarity with airway management techniques and dialysis
procedures - Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine, memory care,
