firstThe Clinical Pharmacy Lead - Pipeline monitors the drug
development pipeline and works with key stakeholders in order to
adequately predict, inform, and forecast the impact of the
pharmaceutical pipeline.The Clinical Pharmacy Lead is an integral
part of the Clinical Strategies organization, working closely with
business and clinical partners to forward-looking perspective into
pharmaceutical trend and spend. This individual remains
continuously up-to-date with emerging therapies by analyzing news,
clinical trials, analyst sales expectation, and other resources in
order to create an informed opinion on pipeline impacts. They then
translate this clinical opinion into financial impact to the
business via our modeling process, and tracks on impact
post-modeling. This individual often develops corporate
communications to be shared with senior leadership. This individual
exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex
issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under
minimal supervision, and they use independent judgment requiring
analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of

QualificationsBachelors Degree5+ years experience in managed care
pharmacyPrior forecasting experienceMust have an active Pharmacist
license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate
stateSuccessful track record in facilitating and consulting across
teams and managing projectsThrives in a fast paced, multi-project
work environment while still ensuring attention to detailExcellent
communication skills, both oral and writtenProficiency in Microsoft
Word, Excel, & PowerPointExpertise in working collaboratively and
communicating with staff in different positions and all levels of
management positionPreferred QualificationsBoard Certified Oncology
Pharmacist (BCOP)Master's Degree in Business Administration or a
related fieldExperience with Microsoft Access & Microsoft

experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,400 per
yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive
