*Job Details:** Seeking an Experienced Associate Dentist to work solo in an established practice.* 4 day work week* 6 month Daily Guarantee with 32% collections* PPO practice* Suburb of Indianapolis, IN!*Responsibilities:*- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans- Educate patients on oral health care- Maintain accurate patient records using dental clinic systems- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality- Ensure infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are followed- Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants for efficient four-handed dentistry- Specialize in pediatric dentistry for young patients*Qualifications:*- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- State license to practice dentistry- Proficiency in CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software- Knowledge of infection control procedures and aseptic techniques- Familiarity with patient assessment and treatment planning- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team- Commitment to continuing education in the field of dentistryJob Type: Full-timePay: $180,000.00 - $280,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* No weekendsSupplemental Pay:* Signing bonusAbility to Commute:* Indianapolis, IN (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Indianapolis, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
