Job Details:* Come join a thriving and successful Dental Practice that is seeking one Dentist to join 2 Dentists* 9 operatories* 5 Hygienists and full staff to assist* No medicaid or medicare* 6 month Daily Guarantee with 35% collections* Indianapolis, IN suburb!Responsibilities:- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy- Conduct oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices- Maintain patient records and follow up with treatment plans- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques- Utilize dental software for patient charting and scheduling- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient careQualifications:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- Active state dental license in good standing- Proficiency in oral surgery, infection control, and aseptic techniques- Experience or knowledge in CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is a plus- Familiarity with medical imaging for diagnostic purposes- Strong understanding of anatomy and medical coding terminology- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Signing bonusAbility to Commute:* Indianapolis, IN (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Indianapolis, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
