  • Shift Requirements: 3x12 or 4x12 Every Other Weekend; Holiday Requirement: 2/3 holidays that fall within contract
  • Will be required to work every other weekend
  • IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
    • Job Requirements
    • 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required
    • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 3x12 or 4x12 Every Other Weekend
      • Holiday Requirement: 2/3 holidays that fall within contract
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Details: NICU or PICU experience required
        • Floating Requirements: May be assigned to PICU, NICU, Peds
        • Skillset Requirements: NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5
          • Additional Details
          • Schedule & Shift Information: Every Other Weekend and Holidays
          • Indiana State License and certifications must be in hand to submit
