• ACLS needed
• 80 - 120 peripheral blood smears per day, 40 fluids per day, 7 - 10 bone marrows per day
• Peripheral blood smear reviews, hematopathology, body cavity fluid reviews etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
