• Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for L&D), Indiana State License
• PALS preferred

    • IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
    • 18-month minimum experience required
    • NICU, PICU, Vents experience required
    • Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5 proficiency
    • 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required
    • TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 3x12 or 4x12 Every Weekend
      • Holiday Requirement: 2/3 holidays that fall within contract
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Information: NICU or PICU experience required
        • Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility
        • May be assigned to PICU, NICU, and Peds
        • Floating to IU Health North Hospital possible
          • Additional Details
          • Valid Driver's License or Passport required
          • ACLS, BLS - AHA ONLY, RQI is acceptable
          • PALS, NRP preferred
          • CHEMO, TNCC - Please verify if required
          • Fit Mask within 12 months of start
