  • Job Details
  • Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30).
  • **Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS**
  • IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
  • IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
  • Staffing Ratios: 1:1-2
    • Job Requirements
    • Will accept PICU RN and train on CVPICU
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 3x12 or 4x12; Every other weekend required; Float required - cardiac stepdown unit, PICU
        • Additional Details
        • Valid Driver's License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
        • AHA ONLY. RQI is acceptable.
        • Check the cost center to verify what certifications are required.
        • Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date).
        • Medication Test/Pharmacology exam required. Not required for Techs or RRTS
        • Unit competency exam required.
        • Ishihara exam or online testing from Relias (or equivalent) is accepted. Minimum score for online exam is 100%.
