**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
  
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training

    **Requirements:**
    
    • 
      
    • Current dental hygienist license in Indiana and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
      
    • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
      
    • CPR Certification
      
      
      **Preferred Experience:**
      
      •

      • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
        
      • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
