  • Unit Information: GI/Liver Medical patients, ERCP, CAPD, Pre-transplant, Chronic Pancreatitis
  • Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package for their license to apply for this position.
    • Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12
    • Charge coverage: Pending operational needs, unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed with provided training and resources.
      • Schedule Information
      • Must be flexible with weekend requirements, will be based on unit needs.
      • Travelers must be able to work 50% of the weekends in their contract.
        • Additional Details
        • Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities. Last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9.
        • Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
        • Travel nurses to agree to the possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow them while on assignment.
