Job Description:
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit
for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana.Job Description &
Requirements
Experience: ICU RN with experience in burn trauma, surgical ICU, or
critical care. Must have experience with invasive hemodynamic
monitoring, IV drip titration, and fluid resuscitation.
Skills:
Invasive hemodynamic monitoring (at least every hour)
IV drip titration and nurse-driven burn fluid resuscitation using
the Parkland formula
Ventilator management
Continuous Veno-Venous Hemofiltration (CVVH)
Pulse and flap Doppler checks (every hour)
Initial debridement and dressing changes for burn patients
Conscious sedation and epidural pump management
Surgical recovery and post-operative care
Required Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
