This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive rehab environment and make a lasting impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress Qualifications: Active Ohio Physical Therapist license AHA BLS Certification COVID-19 vaccination required Previous experience in a rehab or skilled nursing facility preferred Alto Healthcare Staffing Job ID 3.
