Lead Therapist - Behavioral Health Full-time At Beckett Springs

drug use or other safety concerns immediately to program manager.
Conduct drug screens as necessary with the assistance of the
outpatient nurse. * Conducts individual, group, and family therapy
sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or
substance use problems. * Demonstrates the ability to actively
engage patients in a group setting, fostering group discussions and
leading the group in a therapeutic manner. * Offers tools and
resources to conduct group therapy. * Displays heavy involvement in
treatment planning for patients. Works with patient to achieve
treatment plan goals and accurately documents progress. Fundamental

university, in Social Work or Rehabilitation Counseling * Previous
experience in a chemical dependency outpatient care, with direct
experience working with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis
patients preferred * Current unencumbered clinical licensure in the
state applicable to the facility * CPR and CPI training within 30
