TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Dayton, Ohio, 45409! Pay Information $2,675 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated CVICU experience required. License: Any state RN license accepted. Temporary license can be applied for upon offer. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: - EKG tele competency assessment must be passed before starting the assignment. - Experience with A-Lines, vents, drips, sheaths, dialysis, and drawing ABGs is required. - EPIC experience required. - Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday. - Floating to other units may be required based on staffing needs. - Must be able to read and interpret strips. Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of dedicated Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience. Level 1 Trauma experience is preferred. The target patient ratio is 1:2. Travel experience is preferred. The traveler will be first to float at the discretion of management. Assignments may include medically appropriate floating. The unit typically runs 1:2 with a 36-bed capacity. Candidates must be capable of handling tele, drips, and vents. Requests for time off should be included in the initial application and will not be accepted after the offer. No more than 14 days of time off is permitted, even if willing to extend the contract duration.
