Job Description:
A dynamic, physician-led urology group based in this major
Indiana city is excited to welcome a general urologist to join
their expanding team of 30 urologists and 18 APPs. The opportunity
exists from ongoing growth and rising patient demand throughout the
region. The practice boasts a strong, well-established referral
network, cutting-edge technology, and a clear pathway to
partnership, all within a supportive, collaborative environment
known for high patient volume and exceptional care. Position
Highlights: • General urology opportunity with immediate patient
volume and OR access • 18 dedicated advanced practice providers
(APPs) supporting physicians • Robotics experience preferred but
not required • Call is shared, typically 1:7 or 1:8, but varies by
call pod • Dedicated clinical assistant for triage and surgery
scheduling; MAs shared at each office • EMR system designed
specifically for urology workflows • Access to Da Vinci robotics
(inpatient and outpatient), holmium laser, and fusion prostate
biopsy • Group open to investing in new technologies and procedures
• Subspecialty support in oncology, female pelvic medicine, and
andrology • Competitive salary with signing bonus and comprehensive
benefits package • Transition to productivity-based compensation
model after initial period. Partnership track available, based on
productivity • Ancillary income opportunities available through
surgery center, imaging, radiation therapy, research, and
