Job Description Divine Quality Healthcare is growing, and we’re
looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate
about delivering high-quality home health care and ready to grow
into a Director of Nursing (DON) role. If you’re a strong clinician

Position Overview Our RN will provide skilled nursing visits,
complete assessments, coordinate patient care, and ensure
compliance with Indiana home health regulations. This position
includes leadership development , quality assurance involvement,
and supervisory responsibilities as part of our DON career pathway.
? What You’ll Do Perform home health nursing visits and complete
comprehensive patient assessments Complete OASIS documentation and
485/Plan of Care updates Provide wound care, medication management,
disease-process teaching, and skilled interventions Communicate
effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
members Participate in case conferences and contribute to patient
care planning Support the Director of Nursing with chart audits,
quality assurance, and regulatory compliance Mentor field staff
(LPNs, HHAs) and assist with onboarding new clinical employees Take
on incremental leadership responsibilities designed to prepare you
for DON advancement Ideal Candidate Current Indiana Registered
Nurse (RN) license (in good standing) Experience in home health is
preferred (but we are willing to train the right RN) Strong
clinical assessment skills and comfort with electronic
documentation Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and
CPR certification Highly organized, strong communicator, and
motivated to step into leadership Growth Into Director of Nursing
(DON) This role is intentionally structured for an RN who wants
long-term leadership with our agency. You will have: Direct
mentorship from the DON and Administrator Involvement in
scheduling, supervision, and clinical quality initiatives A clear
pathway toward the Director of Nursing role based on performance
