Job Description:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist
(PM&R Physician) to serve as the Medical Director for a
freestanding inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the Greater
Indianapolis, IN area. This full-time leadership role offers the
opportunity to oversee a dedicated rehabilitation team, collaborate
with hospital administration, and shape the quality of patient
care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the medical and rehabilitation
care of inpatients. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, nurses,
and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Develop and manage patient care plans, ensuring individualized
treatment approaches. Address complex medical rehabilitation
challenges and provide expert clinical guidance. Monitor and
optimize therapeutic interventions to achieve the best possible
patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with clinical standards,
hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. Promote
collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to enhance recovery
and patient satisfaction. Qualification: MD or DO lndiana License
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR)
