Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Lafayette, IN

Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position - Shift:
3-11 Monday thru Friday Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekend Hours:
0 Call Requirements: 0 Required Certifications: RN, LSW, LCSW,
LMHC, LMHA (any of these) (Must have IN state license) Must Have
Skills/Experience: Ability to work in fast paced environment
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Performing assessment for incoming
patients to see if they meet admission criteria for inpatient
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Addition, Mental Health Personality
Fit: Type A Required Education: Nursing degree or Masters in
counseling degree
