position is for an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in
Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery at Peyton Manning Children's
Hospital, providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary rounds,
managing congenital cardiac patients, performing procedures, and
utilizing EMR systems for patient care documentation. The role is
part of a collaborative pediatric cardiology program partnered with
Cincinnati Children's Hospital to enhance statewide cardiac care
for children. Details Specialty: Advanced Practice Provider -
Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery Schedule: Full time, day shift
Call Schedule: TBA - Weekend rounding on inpatients in rotation
with team members, on-call on rotating schedule Practice Detail:
Inpatient at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital. Outpatient in
office building EMR System: Altera SCM inpatient, Athena Outpatient

range at the time of the offer. Responsibilities Peyton Manning
Children's Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or
PA) with experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery and/or
management of congenital cardiac patients to join our surgical APP
team. Incoming APP will be involved with congenital CV surgical
cases as part of a highly-specialized team in the inpatient and
outpatient settings. Ascension Medical Group offers a competitive

encompasses the following: Consultative support, including
reviewing test results and/or providing second opinions Shared
decision-making through joint case conferences of surgeons,
cardiologists and other specialists to determine the optimal site
of care Integrated care management, including virtual care
management and surgical planning Our relationship with Cincinnati
Children’s will assist us in building an even stronger heart
program at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, enhancing our
Mission of sustaining and improving the health of those we serve by
ensuring our youngest patients receive the level of care they need,
when and where they need it. Responsibilities: Participate in the
care and medical decision making for preoperative, intra-operative,
and postoperative patients at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at
St. Vincent Indianapolis and the Children's Heart Center.
Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds in the cardiac care
unit. Order, perform, and interpret imaging, data, and labs.
Perform procedures, such as temporary pacing wire and chest tube
removal. Navigate and create records in the patient chart using the
Sunrise Clinical Manager and AthenaHealth EMR systems. About Peyton

Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider
obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date

credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6
