Lead the delivery of high quality, coordinated neurological and
spine care for all complex neurosurgical and spine patients to
ensure immediate intervention during critical changes in
neurological status. - Enhance the patient experience by
coordinating across all medical disciplines to provide seamless,
accessible care that accelerates the recovery journey. - Execute
physician and nursing treatment plans with precision to maintain
the clinical excellence and safety standards required for a
destination Center of Excellence. - Communicate real-time updates
on patient progress to the healthcare team and families, fostering
a transparent and well-informed environment for critical
decision-making. - Prepare patients and their families for life
after the ICU by managing discharge logistics early, ensuring a
safe and supportive transition through the coordinated care
network. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure /
Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1
Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. -
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing
obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. -
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or
American Red Cross accepted. Education: - Diploma from an
accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional
licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're
