How you’ll make an impact in this role - You will work in our unit of 48 private inpatient beds, including 40 general pediatric beds and 8 observation beds.where the patient to nurse ratio is 4-5 :1. - Caring for a range of diagnostics to include ; Oncology -HEMONC and Cardiac as well as Orthopedics,- Neurology, and Respiratory - This role blends advanced clinical skills with a deep understanding of child development and family-centered care. - Act as the Clinical Liaison by translating complex medical plans into clear, compassionate language - Engage in effective team collaboration, including rapid response and initiative participation. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required. What additional preferences we're seeking Previous Pediatric experience is preferred .
