recruiting a top-tier ICU Hospitalist to join a highly
collaborative, multidisciplinary Critical Care team.Position
Overview• Full-time ICU Hospitalist - Night Shift• Option to
combine ICU and Floor Nocturnist shifts (minimum 50% ICU
commitment)• Additional compensation for extra shifts worked• RVU
production incentives above baseline expectations• Work alongside a
comprehensive, team-based model of careTeam EnvironmentPhysicians
collaborate closely with specialists across multiple disciplines,
including:• Anesthesia• Emergency Medicine• Surgery• Pulmonary•
Nephrology• Multi-disciplinary IntensivistsAdvanced Practice
Providers (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) serve as
integral members of the ICU care team, ensuring safe, reliable, and
coordinated patient care.Candidate Requirements• MD or DO in
Internal Medicine• Board Certified• Current unrestricted medical
licensure• Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) Fundamentals of
Critical Care Support certification• ENLS Certification (Neuro
Critical Care Society)• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification• Demonstrated experience managing critically ill ICU
