As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) , you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, supporting them in their homes and community. You’ll help bridge communication and ensure clients receive compassionate, person-centered care. Your day may include: Using ASL and visual communication to engage with your clients Light housekeeping, including organizing and basic cleaning Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals Accompanying clients to appointments or community activities Supporting your clients in achieving their goals as assigned by the Individual Support Team (IST) Eligibility Requirements: Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) required Letter of Reference showing at least 1 year of experience Access to insured and reliable transportation Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training Join a company that values compassion, inclusion, and connection.
