Indianapolis, Indiana, 46250! Job Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered
Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Long-Term Acute Care
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a
hospital setting License: Indiana or multi-state compact RN license
Certifications: ACLS & BLS certifications Must-Have: Vent/trach
experience Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds
shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing
the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act
and hospital policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse
demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and
leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of
care. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education
and experience of the available staff. Provides direction and
supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. 5
