Customer Service Representative - Hybrid Remote

Aston Carter is hiring several Customer Service reps for a
healthcare company in Indianapolis! These positions will train
onsite in Indy for 90 days then will go remote so candidates should
be local to Indianapolis, IN.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hour work week
Hours between 8am-6pm
Onsite 90 days, then remote
Taking Inbound calls from Members or Providers regarding insurance
information, billing, coverage, authorizations, claims, etc
Will be on the phones most of the day and will document calls into
the system as they happen
Opportunity to grown into outbound calls to members to conduct
health screens, assist with creating profiles
Customer Service, call center, insurance, medical
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Computer Literate
- High School diplomaNice to have:
- Previous healthcare experience or previous call center from
