Team Lead - Service CenterIndianapolis, INDirect PlacementHybrid Work Model (One day in office per week)One of our Top Healthcare Clients in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Team Lead within the Service Center overseeing Member Benefits. The Team Lead, Service Center is responsible for leading and directing their team to ensure goals, regulatory, compliance and department standards are met.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct regularly scheduled coaching conversations; listening and providing feedback for improved performanceComplete performance appraisals and create performance improvement plansConduct monthly team meetings to drive an environment of team building and allow for ongoing communicationsDemonstrate an ability to leverage data to make recommendations, decisions and improve team performanceMonitor key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to identify key trends and develop action plans that address opportunitiesIdentify processes, tools and systems that cause negative impact on efficiency and customer service results, creating continuous improvement solutionsBuild positive relationships and interactions with internal peers, leaders and cross functional partners through consistency, strong follow through and proactive communicationPromote positive change managementFacilitate timely resolution of member, provider and all other tasks in which deadlines are importantCoordinate incoming information and disseminate to staff to ensure accuracy of communication to internal and external members and providersCreate, review, revise and implement company and departmental policies and proceduresPerform any other job duties as requestedQualifications:High School Diploma or GED is requiredAssociates Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is preferredMinimum of three years (3) of customer service experience, to include a minimum of one (1) year in a call center environment is requiredPrevious supervisory/leadership experience in a call center environment is strongly preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:Intermediate proficiency level in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to communicate verbally and in written form with a variety of levels within organizationAbility to work independently and within a team environmentFamiliarity of the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid is preferredAttention to detailCritical listening and thinking skillsCoaching and development skillsStrategic management skillsProper grammar usageTime management skillsProper phone etiquetteCustomer service orientedLeadership experience and skillsCritical listening and thinking skillsDecision making/problem solving skillsABOUT EIGHT ELEVEN:At Eight Eleven, our business is people.
